Terms of Service

The rules for using Vylo, earning from your links and getting paid.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Vylo at vylo.cc (“Vylo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vylo you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vylo.

1. The service

Vylo lets you create short links. People who open a short link see an interstitial page with a human check, a short countdown and advertising before they are sent to the destination. Registered publishers can earn money for valid views of their links, as described below.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to earn and receive payouts.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts created to get around limits, farm referrals or evade a ban may be closed.
  • You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

3. Prohibited content

You may not shorten or promote links to:

  • phishing pages, scams, fake login pages or fraudulent offers;
  • malware, viruses, unwanted software or deceptive downloads;
  • content that sexualises minors, non-consensual intimate content, or any other illegal content;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • content that promotes violence, terrorism or harassment of real people;
  • other URL shorteners or redirect chains used to hide the real destination.

We check links against public phishing and malware lists and may remove any link, at any time, that we believe breaks these Terms.

4. Prohibited traffic

Earnings must come from real people who choose to open your links. The following are not allowed:

  • bots, scripts, crawlers or any automated traffic;
  • paying, rewarding or forcing people to click your links (incentivized traffic, “click exchanges”, traffic bought from pop or redirect networks);
  • loading Vylo links in hidden iframes, pop-ups, pop-unders or automatic redirects;
  • clicking your own links, or asking friends and groups to click them repeatedly;
  • VPN, proxy, datacenter or device farms, and any attempt to fake a visitor’s location or identity;
  • spam — sending links through unsolicited messages, comment spam or fake accounts;
  • tampering with our pages, ads, captcha or countdown.

5. Earnings

  • You earn a share of the advertising revenue your valid views generate. After each day ends (UTC), earnings for that day are calculated from the revenue actually received and divided between publishers in proportion to their valid views, weighted by the visitor’s country. Amounts shown before a day is finalized are estimates. A valid view is a real visitor completing the human check and the countdown. We decide which views are valid using automated checks and manual review.
  • Each visitor IP address earns the full rate once per publisher every 24 hours; a limited number of repeat views that day earn a reduced rate. Views from bots, VPNs, proxies, datacenters, and self-clicks are not paid.
  • We may change how earnings are calculated, including country weights, at any time. Changes apply to days that are not finalized yet and never to money already in your balance, except as described in section 6.
  • Referral bonuses are 5% of the settled earnings of users who signed up through your referral link, paid by Vylo, unless we change the rate. Bonuses from invalid traffic are not paid.
  • Your balance is a record of earnings we intend to pay you under these Terms. It is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

6. Invalid traffic, holds and reversals

To protect advertisers and other publishers, we may hold, reduce or cancel earnings and referral commissions that we reasonably believe come from invalid traffic or a breach of these Terms, including after they appear in your balance. We may also hold withdrawals while we review an account. We aim to explain our decision when we make one, but we don’t have to disclose details of our fraud checks.

7. Payouts

  • You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches $5.00. Current payout methods and their minimums: PayPal from $5.00, USDT (TRC20) from $10.00.
  • Every withdrawal is reviewed by hand before it is sent. You must give correct payout details; we are not responsible for payments sent to the account details you provided.
  • Payment providers may charge fees, and those fees may be deducted from the amount you receive.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and for reporting your income where you live.
  • We may temporarily pause withdrawals, for example for maintenance or while reviewing traffic. Your balance stays in your account during a pause.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Vylo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts and remove links that break these Terms, put users or advertisers at risk, or expose Vylo to legal liability. If we close an account for breaking these Terms, unpaid earnings from invalid traffic or prohibited activity are forfeited. If we close an account for any other reason, we will pay out any valid balance above the minimum payout.

9. Our content and your content

You keep all rights to the content you link to, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display your short links, titles and destination addresses as needed to run the service. The Vylo name, logo and site design belong to us.

10. Third-party advertising and sites

Link pages show ads from third-party ad networks, and short links lead to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for third-party ads, websites or their content, though we remove ads and links that we find harmful.

11. Disclaimers

Vylo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or that you will earn any particular amount.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vylo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Vylo is limited to the valid balance in your account at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you on the site or by email. Continuing to use Vylo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
